YO.
went ta kallang stadium ta try out cricket on sat=)
its also part of our project la.
we're supposed to do a presentation including the history,
fundamentals and our SMART(Specific-Measurable-Achievable-Relevant-Time referenced) goals for cricket etc.
one member of our personal development(english) class group suggested us doing cricket cos she's a cricket player herself.
yeap.
After a day of cricket,
i found it to be , hmmm.. QUITE FUN!
its kinda like baseball.
bt the way u throw it for cricket is a big diff to baseball.
after cricket playing and brunch,
we went to jalan jalan around serangoon central.
den went back hm to sleep till 7+pm..
tired morning mahh.(and didnt slp much last nite)
ahahs.
den me,mummy,and my two aunties drove to this steamboat place near tan queen lan street.
the whole of tan quee lan street and others arnd bugis was super-super crowded.
there were LOADS of steamboat places and none was empty.
practically every restaurant has loads of ppl.
the whole place was like little india at night la!
hahah.ehh. maybe exaggerated abit la.
haha.
anw,we went to try out this half "ma la huo guo" half chicken soup steamboat place.
15 bucks net (pax).(cheap cheap!its take all u want style and closes at 5am+ )
i was the onli one eating frm the other half of the steamboat pot la.
cos my mummy and all didnt like the "ma(2) la(4)" part(and they still ordered that .T_T)
they had a terrible experience after biting the sichuan peppercorn thingy.
they were like "Eeeee~!Eee~"
so yea. i had to finish the "ma la" part.
partly cos clever me didnt go eat the round pepper-like stuff.
wahaha.
BUT, no! NO way will i ever eat "ma la huo guo " agn.
it sux.
its nt spicy at all and it had like 1-2 inch of chilli oil floating on top of the soup base.
Yucks.
after that. went to aunt's house for tea and then headed home.
